Paul Bauman
Paul Bauman’s ability to quickly identify and respond to customers’ needs is the foundation of a successful career that spans more than 25 years.
He created and ran a tree service company for more than a decade, he spent more than a decade in technology sales and management and he has performed at the highest levels in real estate by being recognized for his top performance in both real estate listing sales as well as producing buying opportunities for his customer base.
In 2019, Paul opened The Bauman Real Estate Team, a firm that is rapidly becoming the first choice for home buyers and sellers. He expanded his territory to Idaho in 2021 and loves the diversity of homes and clients he represents.
Paul combines his entrepreneurial spirit, customer-first mentality, and business know-how to buy and sell homes as hassle-free for his customers as possible. He negotiates the best deals, identifies and overcomes obstacles, and delivers win/win solutions. He loves hearing from his clients about their specific goals and objectives.
In addition to being a successful realtor and business manager, Paul has a vast amount of home renovation experience. He has completed several whole-house remodels as well as ground-up residential home construction projects.
Paul has poured cement foundations; framed houses; built retaining walls; installed electrical and plumbing systems, hung drywall, laid hardwood flooring and tile, put on roofs, and mastered carpentry, painting, and landscaping. He has dealt with local authorities to get building permits, arrange inspections and resolve issues. He knows real estate!
Paul has mastered every aspect of residential real estate. So when his customers ask questions, he gives experienced-based answers, not speculation. When deeper conversations are needed, Paul puts them in contact with the right people and can serve as an advocate for his customers. His construction company, White Birch Construction, Inc. is also available to perform renovation activities for his clients as needed. When staging or interior design is involved his wife Victoria takes the lead and whips a place into shape with brilliant colors, textures, and materials!
In addition to running thriving businesses, Paul is an avid volunteer. His contributions include working with CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) for abused or neglected children, Compassion International, a child sponsorship and humanitarian aid organization as well as donating his time to his local community.
Paul enjoys time with his wife and daughter, beekeeping, training his Labradoodles, photography, skiing, mountain biking and has always taken to motorsports. He has competed in marathons and triathlons and looks for adventure in everything he does.
Paul received his MBA in 2002 and his BS in Economics and Business in 1995 from Westmont College in Santa Barbara California. He is a member of the Selkirk Association of REALTORS®, Silicon Valley Association of REALTORS®, Idaho Association of REALTORS® and National Association of REALTORS®.

Victoria Bauman
Victoria has a diverse background in film, politics, natural health, fitness, and real estate. While in Hollywood, her resume included working as a co-producer, consultant, writer and fundraiser for several independent film projects as well as filming several DVD specials for Disney and FOX. She even got in front of the camera to host a Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) TV special. Some of her favorite stories are of Mickey Rooney behind the scenes creating the typical laughter and smiles he was famous for!
In the political arena, Victoria has worked to raise money for many local and national politicians. Most notable was her time spent as a political consultant for Mercury Public Affairs out of their Los Angeles office. Victoria also worked as Constituting America’s Communications Director during the organization’s inaugural year. Her Communication’s degree has always come in handy!
Victoria calls herself a “preppy hippy,” she is passionate about natural health, loving all things “organic”. She is a green juice aficionado and in her free time helps her friends and family embrace a healthier lifestyle. In her youth, she was a competitive runner who cross trained using Pilates to enhance her flexibility. She is now a certified Pilates Instructor, teaching clients on the side.
In real estate, she first earned her license in 2007 and has long sought to combine her knowledge of real estate with her passion for art and design. She has consulted on staging & interior design earning the opportunity to work on some of the highest profile homes in the country. Victoria loves property and truly enjoys finding hidden potential believing every property possesses potential. Victoria is enthusiastic about helping her clients find and or create their dream home!
Victoria appreciates living on land in North Idaho with her husband, daughter, many animals and dreams of one day having a hobby farm!
